A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the residence site licences in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Hilton James French, of Waihi, grocer, are hereby taken for a postmaster's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Hauraki Mining District, Borough of Waihi, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the rights of way appurtenant thereto created by conveyance No. 47074, and subject to the drainage easement over part created by memorandum of transfer No. 594966, Auckland Land Registry, for a health clinic; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 7·2 perches situated in Block XV, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Papatawa Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1151 (S.O. 41807) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
