Land to be Taken for a Public School in Blocks II and III,
Titirangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 15 acres and 17·8 perches situated in Blocks II and III, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 46, Allotment 90, Waikomiti Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 753, folio 106, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1960.

of Dargaville

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District, Borough of Dargaville, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 38·9 Part land on D.P. 7293, being part Kaihu No. 2d Block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 1 38·4 Part land on D.P. 8757, being part Kaihu No. 2d Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 38·4 Part land on D.P. 9223, being part Kaihu No. 2d Block; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1225 (S.O. 42213) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 7·3 perches situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 5504, being part Rural Sections 10195 and 9780; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1232 (S.O. 9704) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, together with the right (limited as to duration) as to overhanging eaves over Lot 5, Deeds Plan 590, created by transfer No. 289054, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·61 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 4, Deeds Plan 590, being part Section 585, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 524, folio 154, Wellington Land Registry.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23·9 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, and being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8402, being part Town Reserve 2. All certificates of title, Volume 399, folio 32, and Volume 399, folio 33, Canterbury Land Registry.
