ERRATUM

IN the Proclamation published in the Gazette, 25 August 1960, No. 54, page 1260, taking land for the purposes of river protection works in Block IV, Invercargill Hundred, for the words “after the 29th day of 1960.”, read “after the 29th day of August 1960.”.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice published in Gazette, 15 September 1960, No. 59, page 1443, reservation of land for recreation purposes, Section 8, Block XV, Wairere Survey District: Area, 11 acres 1 rood 24 perches, for “North Auckland Land District” read “South Auckland Land District”, which last-mentioned appears in the original document.

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of October 1960.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19 acres, more or less, being part of Section 16, Block XIII, Tautuku Survey District, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 255. (Plan S.O. 304M.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1960.

Roads Closed and Lands in the Town of Goldsborough in the County of Westland Declared to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown Land, Subject to the Land Act 1948

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1958, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the roads described in the First Schedule hereto and declare that as from the 1st day of November 1960 the closed roads and land in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land, subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—COUNTY OF WESTLAND

ROADS TO BE CLOSED AND VESTED IN HER MAJESTY

ALL those lands being either legal roads or strips of land laid off as roads but not legalised in the Town of Goldsborough, and shown coloured green on the plan marked L. and S. 10/98/90A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington.
