Revocation of Appointment of the Grovetown Domain Board and Declaration That Grovetown Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Grovetown Domain Board as published in Gazette, 31 March 1955, No. 25, page 592, and further declares that the Grovetown Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.
