LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease 14218 of 1
rood in Fenton Street, Rotorua, being Section I of Block LII,
of the Town of Rotorua, and part of the land in certificate of
title, Volume 408, folio 267, wherein the Waiariki District
Maori Land Board is the lessor and Sybil Emily Payton is the
lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application (S. 190424) to register evidence of marriage and surrender
of the said memorandum of lease without production of
the said memorandum of lease in terms of section 44, Land
Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to
register such evidence of marriage and surrender on the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
