Land Held for a Public School Set Apart for Electricity Purposes (Line Depot) in Block III, Te Atiamuri Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for electricity purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 18 perches situated in Block III, Te Atiamuri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 5, D.P. S. 1533, being part Whakamaru-Maungaiti Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143677 (S.O. 36666) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of September 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 24 perches, situated in Block XI, Otanake Survey District, being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. S. 6050, being part Kinohaku East No. 5 Section 2A Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 1717, folio 61, Auckland Land Registry.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer S. 184588, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 34.5 perches situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 3899, being part Section 23, Block II, Tauhara Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1431, folio 44, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Elizabeth Sydney, of Auckland, widow, under and by virtue of lease 147 and P.R. 5/45, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being portion of Allotment 19, subsection 3 of Section 13 of the City of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised in a certain transfer, registered 4 December 1876, from Isabella Reeve to James Ansenne of part of the land in said lease 147, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6.4 perches situated in Block V, Awhitu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 23, Parish of Waitara; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 928 (S.O. 41487) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres situated in Block V, Awhitu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 23, Parish of Waitara. All certificate of title, Volume 778, folio 277, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 11.4 perches situated in Blocks XI and XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 20, D.P. 12985, being part Clendon's Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1107 (S.O. 42265) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
