Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 155 (1) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
White felt piece goods for use as a padding for brassiere underbust wires.
The application will not be dealt with until 13 October 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 13 October 1960.

Hardened wire tyre buffing staples.
The application will not be dealt with until 13 October 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 13 October 1960.

Thermoplastic cement for use in Ralph’s thermoplastic sole attaching machines.
The application will not be dealt with until 13 October 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 13 October 1960.

    NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 338 (18) (a) (i) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
  4. Loudspeakers under 2¾ in.
  5. Loudspeakers, types D.U. 120 and K. 15/40 by Vitavox Ltd.
  6. Loudspeakers, electrostatic type.
  7. Loudspeakers, “Tannoy” of 7½ in., 10 in., 11 in., and 27 in. diameter.
  8. Printed circuits, without any components mounted thereon.
  9. Radio frequency coils, viz: Subminiatures I.F. coils and oscillator coils under ½ in. in diameter.
  10. Pointers for use on dials of radio sets.
    The applications will not be dealt with until 13 October 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 13 October 1960.

    NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the classification, by determination of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 312 (1) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
  11. Furniture castors, swivelling, having wheels not exceeding 3 in. in extreme diameter.
  12. Furniture slides.
  13. Castors, ball bearing stem or plate, light duty, having wheels not exceeding 2 in. in extreme diameter.
  14. Castors, top bearing stem, having wheels not exceeding 3 in. in extreme diameter.
  15. Castors, ball bearing, swivel plate and fixed plate, medium duty, having wheels not exceeding 5 in. in extreme diameter.
  16. Castors with double ball races, adjustable stems, having wheels not exceeding 5 in. in extreme diameter.
  17. Castors, non-clog, on goose-neck stems.
    The application will not be dealt with until 13 October 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 13 October 1960.

    Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
    PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys dated 1 April 1960, derived from the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District, and held by him, have been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Christchurch, and Palmerston North, and all the suboffices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.
