Declaration That Reserves Form Part of the Raumati Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Raumati Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration That Part of the Waitohi Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve and Redescription of Balance Area of the Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waitohi Domain described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve, and further declares that the balance area of the domain shall be redescribed as shown in the Second Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Waiheke Road Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further vests the said reserve in the Inhabitants of the Waiheke Road District, in trust, for recreation purposes.
