Appointment of the Masterton Free Kindergarten Association (Inc.) to Control of Manage a Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Masterton Free Kindergarten Association (Inc.)

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a Kindergarten.

to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Victoria, for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
