CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 14th day of March 1960 and published in Gazette, 10 March 1960, No. 16, page 314, taking land for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District, Raglan County, for the figures “0 0 12·8”, read “0 1 12·8”, which last-mentioned figures appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.
Dated at Wellington this 29th day of August 1960.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Auckland Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Allotment N. 190, Parish of Waiwera, situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District: Area, 9 acres and 18 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 2/584A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 40857.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 15·1 perches situated in Block XII, Town of Wanaka, being Section 17; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 564 (S.O. 12645) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of September 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 15·1 Part Lot 4, D.P. 7555, being part Section 39; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 24·3 Lot 3, D.P. 7555, being part Sections 36 and 39; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161020 (S.O. 12788) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
