A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 33 acres 18 perches, situated in Block I, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 1 to 78, 81 to 104, 107 to 114, 117 to 160, 163, to 170, 173 to 199, 219, 223 to 225 (all inclusive), Town of Waimangaroa, and Sections 11, 12, 20, 23, and parts 1 and 2 of Section 16; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 491 (S.O. 10107) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 39·2 perches situated in Block IV, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D., being formerly parts Section 48, and being all the land in Proclamation No. 5069; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110335 (S.O. 9229) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and blue.
