Alteration of Boundaries, County of Heathcote and City of
Christchurch (Time and Place for Hearing Appeal)

Pursuant to section 34 of the Local Government Commission
Act 1953, it is hereby notified that the Local Government
Appeal Authority has fixed 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 7 October
1960, as the time, and the Magistrate's Court, Christchurch, as
the place for the hearing of the appeal which has been made
by the Heathcote County Council against the final reorganisation scheme of the Local Government Commission, dated 27
April 1960, providing for the area described in the Schedule
to that scheme to be excluded from the County of Heathcote
and included in the City of Christchurch.
