All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne State Highway No. 2 in line with the middle of the stopbank on the northern side of the Ahuriri Lagoon main outfall channel, being also a point on the boundary of the City of Napier, hereinbefore described, and proceeding across the said highway and the East Coast Main Trunk Railway to and westerly and then northerly along the middle of that stopbank to a point in line with the northern boundary of Wharerangi 8c 1 in Block XV, Puketapu Survey District; thence to and westerly generally along that boundary and the northern boundary of Wharerangi 8c 2D to the southernmost corner of Block 74, Western Side of Harbour Crown Grant District; thence north-westerly and northeasterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of that block to and north-westerly along the northeasterly boundary of Lot 2, Deeds Plan 364, and its production to the middle of Seafield Road; thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8666; thence northerly to and along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6541; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of that Lot 1, Lot 3, D.P. 8666, Lot 1, D.P. 884, and Deeds Plan 234, and the southern boundary of Deeds Plan 653 and the production of the last-mentioned to the middle of Glengarry Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2169; thence westerly generally to and along that northern boundary, the northern boundary of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 367, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 2169, and again the northern boundary of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 367, and its production to the middle of the Mangaone River; thence up the middle of that river to and up the middle of Kings Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 15, Block XVI, Pohue Survey District; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary to the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XVI aforesaid; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of that section to the south-western boundary of Section 6, Block XVI aforesaid; thence northwesterly along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said Section 6 and along a right line from that corner to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 1726;

Plan 2765; thence south-westerly and generally easterly along the north-western and southern boundaries

of parts Lot 2 as shown on that S.O. plan to the southwestern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 9608, being also a point on the northern side of the aforementioned State highway;
thence easterly generally along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 9608, Lot 1, D.P. 7837, and again the former Lot 1, and Lot 2, also D.P. 9608, to the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, and south-easterly along that boundary to a closed road as shown on S.O. Plan 2996, being also a point on the south-western boundary of Section 88, Block XIII, Maungharuru Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boundary to its southernmost point on the said S.O. Plan 2996 including the crossing of Okurakura Road; thence southerly along a right line to the northernmost point of Section 102, Block XIII aforesaid, as shown on S.O. Plan 2618; thence southerly, easterly, and again southerly along the eastern, northern, and eastern boundaries of that section to the northern side of the Old Taupo Coach Road; thence easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Section 89, Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District; thence south-easterly across the said road to and along that boundary to the northern boundary of Block 70, Puketapu Crown Grant District;
thence easterly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Section 13, Taupo Road Rural Sections, and its production to the eastern side of the said Old Taupo Coach Road; thence easterly generally along the eastern and northern sides of that road, being also the southern boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, and Section 2, Block XIV, both Maungaharuru Survey District, to a point due north of the westernmost corner of Section 6, Block III, Puketapu Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan 1788; thence southerly across the aforementioned road to and along a public road being the western boundary of the said Section 6 and Section 1, Block II, Puketapu Survey District, and again that Section 6 to a point in line with that western boundary of the said Section 6 from Roadsides Peg 11 to the Kaiwaka Stream as shown on the aforementioned S.O. Plan 1788; thence southerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Kaiwaka Stream;
thence down the middle of that stream to and down the middle of the Otakowhai Stream, to and up the middle of the Esk River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 1, Block III, Puketapu Survey District; thence easterly to and along that boundary and the southern boundary of Section 4, Block III aforesaid, including the crossing of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and public roads to the western boundary of Section 45, Block IV, Puketapu Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundaries of that Section 45 and Sections 46, again 45 and 47, all Block IV aforesaid, and Sections 11, 13, 6, and 7, all Block VIII, Puketapu Survey District, including the crossing of public roads; thence easterly generally along the southern boundaries of the said Section 7 and Sections 9 and 8, Block VIII aforesaid, and the southern boundaries of Pakuratahi 1L 1, 1L 2, Part 1B 1 and Part 1B 4 to the sea coast, including the crossing of the Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne State Highway No. 2;
thence southerly generally along the sea coast to a point in line with the northern boundary of Town Section 253, Westshore, being also a point on the boundary of the City of Napier hereinbefore described; thence westerly along a right line across the Esplanade to and along the said northern boundary and its production across the East Coast Main Trunk Railway to the eastern side of the abovementioned State highway; thence southerly along that roadside to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 2531, and along a right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 6408, being also a point on the eastern side of the said State highway and southerly along that roadside to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast due east of the middle of the Tutaekuri River at the road bridge near its mouth in Block I, Clive Survey District, and proceeding westerly to and up the middle of that river to the middle of a public road forming the south-western boundary of Lot 2, Deeds Plan 963; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the middle of that road to its junction with the middle of Brookfields Road and south-westerly along the middle of that road and its production to the south-western side of the WaiohikiPakowhai Main Highway No. 495; thence north-westerly along that roadside to the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block XII, Heretaunga Survey District; thence southwesterly along that boundary to the left bank of the Tutaekuriwaimate Stream; thence due south along a right line to the middle of that stream; thence generally southerly down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of the land taken for riverworks as shown on plan S.O. 1162, green; thence easterly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the WaiohikiPakowhai Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to the middle of the Farndon-Pakipaki Road;
