PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the
district valuation rolls for the districts enumerated in the
Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at
1 September 1960.

Revocation of Appointment to Attest the Signatures of
Maoris
PURSUANT to section 464 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General hereby revokes, as from the
date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, the authority
to attest the signatures of Maoris which was given to the
officer whose name and designation is set out in the first and
second columns of the Schedule hereto by a notice in the
Gazette as indicated in the third column of the said Schedule.

Appointment of Officer Authorised to Attest the Signatures
of Maoris
PURSUANT to sections 222 and 464 of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to appoint
Donald Rex Jennings, Building Supervisor, Kaitaia,
being an officer in the service of the Crown employed by the
Department of Maori Affairs in the position set out opposite
his name, as an officer authorised to attest the signatures of
Maoris to instruments of alienation of Maori land and to
instruments by way of security within the meaning of the
Chattels Transfer Act 1924.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints
Samuel Russell Armstrong and
John Charles Pennington Duncan
to be members of the Turakina Domain Board, Wellington
Land District, in place of George Fitches, deceased, and
Michael Marriott Marshall, resigned, and further, increases
the total number of members of the said Turakina Domain
Board from eight to nine and appoints
Edward Matthew Jurgens
as the additional member of the Board.

Domain Board

as the additional members of the Board.
