Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 305 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the provision of amenities for the health, amusement, and instruction of the public.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of One Tree Hill and be under the control and management of the One Tree Hill Borough Council.

Altering the Boundaries of the Westland Catchment District

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Westland Catchment District as constituted by Order in Council dated the 13th day of December 1944, published in Gazette, 14 December 1944, Volume III, page 1504, as amended by Order in Council dated the 9th day of September 1953, published in Gazette, 10 September 1953, Volume III, page 1472, by including therein the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
All that area in the Westland Land District, Buller County, containing 8,750 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Punakaiki River at its mouth; thence north-easterly to the right bank of the Punakaiki River; thence easterly up the right bank of that river to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part rural Section 2591, situated in Block I, Punakaiki Survey District; thence north-east along a right line to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 2591; thence north-easterly along a right line to a point on the watershed between the Punakaiki and Porarari Rivers; thence south-easterly generally along the watershed between the aforesaid rivers to the summit of the Paparoa Range; thence south-westerly and north-westerly generally along the boundaries of the Grey County (as described in Gazette, 6 February 1930, Volume I, page 359) to the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 11th day of May 1960, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto within a distance of 25 ft from the centre line of the said portion of the said street.
