A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of September 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 9·8 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 34, D.P. 47145. Part certificate of title, Volume 1687, folio 30, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 29·5 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 121, D.P. 19643, being part Hamlin's Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 888 (S.O. 42037) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that so much of the subsoil of the land described in the First Schedule hereto as is described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation).
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 9·3 perches, situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 223, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153441 (S.O. 23498) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of subsoil situated beneath a plane 20 ft below and approximately parallel to the present surface of the land.
