Tariff Notice—Application for Approval of the Minister of Customs
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of the under-mentioned goods under item 136 (4) (a) of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand:
Industrial work gloves.
The application will not be dealt with until 15 September 1960 and any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 15 September 1960.

Revocation of Declaration of Infected Area Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 7069)
PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the declaration of the land described in the Schedule hereto as an infected area is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
DECLARATION made on the 9th day of July 1957, and published in Gazette, 1957, Vol. II, p. 1549.
All that piece of land containing 33·82 perches, more or less, situate in the City of New Plymouth, being part Lot 14 on D.P. 1840, and being part Section 91, Fitzroy District (Block V, Paritutu Survey District).

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys dated the 1st day of August 1960, derived from the South Island Maori Land Court District, and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch, and at all suboffices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Notice to Make Payment of Land Tax Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954
PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue hereby gives notice as follows:
Land tax for the year of assessment, which commenced on the 1st day of April 1960, shall be due and payable in one sum on the 7th day of September 1960 at any office of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, or at any money-order post office.

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in County of Horowhenua (Notice No. Ag. 7071)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Horowhenua County Council on the 13th day of April 1960.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Horowhenua County Council hereby resolves by way of special order that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto is a noxious weed within the County of Horowhenua.
