A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of street containing 3 roods 14·7 perches situated in Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, adjoining or passing through Sections 1 of 27 and 3 of 27, Otago R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 244 (S.O. 12825) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks I and II, Piopiotea Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Te Kuiti - Wanganui via Raetihi State Highway at Taumarunui, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken red lines shown on the plan marked M.O.W. 753 referred to in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 18th day of July 1951 to be road.
