EVIDENCE of the loss of: (a) certificate of title, Volume 990, folio 167, Auckland Registry, for 32 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Ellerslie, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 30443, and being part of Allotment 27, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, in the name of Dennis Edward Tomlinson, of Auckland, taxi driver; and (b) memorandum of mortgage 416842 affecting the above-described land, wherein Dennis Edward Tomlinson is the mortgagor and Ernest John Osborne, of Auckland, retired, is the mortgagee; having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the above-described certificate of title and to register a discharge of the said mortgage without the production of the said outstanding duplicate of the memorandum of mortgage in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and to register such discharge dispensing with the production of the said outstanding duplicate on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
