Declaration That the Mangapehi Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Waitomo County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Mangapehi Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Nelson Hospital Board

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Cape Kidnapper Bird Sanctuary

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a bird sanctuary, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Cape Kidnapper Bird Sanctuary, to be administered as a bird sanctuary by the Cape Kidnapper Bird Sanctuary Board.
