Revoking a Proclamation Taking Additional Land for a Maori School in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of March 1952 and published in Gazette, 6 March 1952, Volume I, page 330, taking additional land for a Maori school in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, such land being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1960.

Altering the Boundaries of the Central Hawke's Bay and Dannevirke Electric Power Districts

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Central Hawke's Bay and Dannevirke Electric Power Districts by excluding the areas described in the First Schedule hereto from the Dannevirke Electric Power District and including such areas in the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power District; and further, I hereby declare that the boundaries of the Central Hawke's Bay and Dannevirke Electric Power Districts shall henceforth be those described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE

All that area in the Dannevirke County, Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Mangatoro Survey District, and Block V, Porangahau Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Mangatoro Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that section and its production to intersect a right line from Trig. Station 27 (Taumatanui), in Block IV, Mangatoro Survey District, to the easternmost corner of the aforementioned Section 3; thence south-easterly along that right line to the said corner of Section 3; thence generally south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the aforementioned Section 3, to the point of commencement.
As the said area is shown outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 546/1 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington. -
All that area in the Dannevirke County, Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in Block I, Tautane Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Section 3, Block I, Tautane Survey District (on the northern side of Birch Road), and proceeding northerly along the western boundary of that Section 3, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 3 and Section 4, Block I, Tautane Survey District, to the eastern boundary of that Section 4; thence southerly along that eastern boundary to the south-eastern corner of Section 4 aforesaid; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of the aforementioned Sections 4 and 3 (being also the northern side of Birch Road) to the point of commencement.
As the said area is shown outlined in red on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 546/2 deposited as aforesaid.

ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, comprising the Boroughs of Waipawa and Waipukurau, the County of Waipukurau, and portions of the Counties of Hawke's Bay, Waipawa, Patangata, and Dannevirke, bounded by a line commencing on the sea coast at the southernmost point of Lot 3, D.P. 549, in Block X, Tautane Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 3, including the crossing of a public road, to and easterly along the southern boundary of Section 4, Block XIII, Tautane Survey District, and its production to the middle of the Papuka Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of the aforementioned Section 4, to and north-westerly along the said north-eastern boundary, to and northerly generally along the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block X, Tautane Survey District, to the southern side of Mangaone Road; thence northerly along a right line across that road to and westerly and then northerly along the eastern boundaries of Section 10 and Section 7, both Block IX, Tautane Survey District, and westerly along the northern boundary of the said Section 7 to the eastern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Tautane Survey District; thence northerly along that eastern boundary and the eastern boundaries of Sections 9, 6, and 14, all Block V, Tautane Survey District, including the crossing of the Waipukurau-Masterton via Porangahau State Highway No. 52, the eastern boundary of Lot 4 of Section 1, Block I, Tautane Survey District, and its production across Birch Road to the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block I, Tautane Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of the aforementioned Section 4 and Section 3 also Block I, Tautane Survey District, and northerly along the western boundary of the aforementioned Section 3 to the southern boundary of Ngapaeruru 7E; thence north-westerly along that southern boundary and the southern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 7642, and Ngapaeruru 7c; thence north-easterly along the western boundary of the aforementioned Ngapae-ruru 7c to and generally northerly along the south-western and western boundaries of Sections 4 and 3, Block XIII, Porangahau Survey District, to the northernmost point of Section 1, Block XVI, Mangatoro Survey District; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that Section 1 for a distance of 1700 links; thence due west along a right line to and northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6640, to the southern boundary of Section 1, Block XII, Mangatoro Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of the aforementioned Section 1 and Section 2, Block XII, Mangatoro Survey District, and northerly generally along the eastern boundary of that Section 2 and its production across Te Uri Road to the southern boundary of Section 3, Block VIII, Mangatoro Survey District; thence westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of that Section 3 and its production to intersect a right line from the easternmost corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Mangatoro Survey District, to Trig.
