Additional Members of Te Kuiti Rabbit Board (Notice No. Ag. 7044)

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Minister of Agriculture hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Te Kuiti Rabbit Board on the 17th day of June 1960.

“THAT the Te Kuiti Rabbit Board shall now consist of nine elective members in terms of section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955.”

Reduction in the Number of Members of the Seddonville Soldiers’ Memorial Park Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby reduces the number of members of the Seddonville Soldiers’ Memorial Park Domain Board, Nelson Land District, from seven to six consequent upon the resignation of Robert Archibald Mulholland.

Declaration That Part of the Katikati Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of the Purpose of the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Katikati Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a youth hostel and holiday camp.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hawke’s Bay County Council on the 16th day of May 1960:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hawke’s Bay County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
