Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
in Block XI, Rangiora Surey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 perches, situated in Block XI, Rangiora Survey District, being Section 3 of Lot 9, Reserve 94. All certificate of title, Volume 438, folio 151, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19 acres 2 roods 33·6 perches, situated in Block X, Mueller Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserve 2652; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 613 (S.O. 9662) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that piece of land containing 31·4 perches, situated in Block XI, Waiau Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Section 20, Maori Hill Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 669 (S.O. 6598) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 10·1 perches, situated in Block XI, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 52 and 65, Block XI, Ongo Survey District, Sections 5 and 6, Rewa Village Settlement, and Section 1, Rewa Village; coloured green on plan.
THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 4·5 Part Section 65; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 2 10 Part Section 52; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 5 April 1960, and published in Gazette, 21 April 1960, No. 26, page 519, proclaiming land as road in Block II, and Rees River bed and closing road in Block II, Earnslaw Survey District, Lake County, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
