Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Whakatane Agricultural,
Pastoral, and Winter Show Association Incorporated,
Change of Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes
and Addition of the Reserve to the Rangitaiki Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Whakatane
Agricultural, Pastoral, and Winter Show Association Incor-
porated and changes the purpose of the Reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for showground
purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes; and further,
declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to
the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of
the Rangitaiki Domain to be administered as a public domain
by the Domain Board.

Social Security Amendment Act 1939, Maternity Notice
Pursuant to section 13 (5) of the Social Security Amendment
Act 1939, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that
advice has been received from John Daniel Bergin, M.B.,
CH.B., M.R.C.P., F.R.A.C.P., of 16 The Terrace, Wellington, that
he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to
maternity on the terms provided for in section 13 of the
Social Security Amendment Act 1939, and that consequently
he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional
services as if that Act had not been passed.
