Pursuant to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of
the company duly convened and held on the 20th day of
June 1960, the following special resolution was duly passed.

"It is hereby resolved this 20th day of June 1960 as resolutions
by means of the following entry in the minute book
signed as provided by subsection (ii) of section 362 of the
Companies Act 1955 and the Articles of Association of the
company:

"(1) That the company would be wound up voluntarily.
"(2) That Mr William Bond, of Auckland, be, and he is
hereby appointed, liquidator of the company."
