Appointing a Supervising Officer Under the Motor Launch
Regulations 1958

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950 and the Motor Launch
Regulations 1958, the Minister of Marine hereby appoints
Albert Westler Hardgrave
to be a supervising officer under the said regulations in respect
of the waters of the sea fronting Torbay.

Appointment of Customs Aerodrome

I, Raymond Boord, Minister of Customs, in exercise of the
powers vested in me for this purpose by section 168 (1) of the
Customs Regulations 1959, do, by this Warrant, appoint as a
Customs aerodrome the several pieces of land vested in
(a) The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of Wellington
and
(b) Her Majesty the Queen
collectively known as the Wellington Airport:
And do likewise appoint the building known as the overseas
terminal situated on the western side of the terminal building
of Wellington Airport as delineated on Plan D. 1198 de-
posited in the office of the City Engineer at Wellington and
thereon coloured red, together with all the hard standing area
surrounding such building, to be the examining station at the
said aerodrome.

Appointment of Customs Examining Places in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 20 of the Customs Act 1913, and to
powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under
section 11 of that Act, the Comptroller of Customs hereby
appoints the premises described in the First Schedule hereto
to be a place for the examination by the Customs of goods
subject to the control of Customs, and hereby revokes the
appointment of the place described in the Second Schedule
hereto as an examining place for the purpose of that Act.

Declaration That Part of a Public Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over
the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the public domain
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to
the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject
to Part II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation
for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
