Licensing David Henry Blomeley to Use and Occupy Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea in Queen Charlotte Sound as a Site for a Septic Tank Outfall

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits David Henry Blomeley (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Queen Charlotte Sound, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10601 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a septic-tank outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1960.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable one pound (£1).

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XII, Omapere Survey District, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Ohaeawai and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 4·3 perches, situated in Block XII, Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Pirikotaha 4B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161479 (S.O. 41917) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
