Crown Land Set Apart for Post-office Purposes (Line Depot)
in the Borough of Carterton

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 32·4 perches, situated in the Borough of Carterton, Wellington R.D., being Section 425, Taratahi Plain Block, and being all the land in Notice No. 444820, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of December 1959.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Subject to a Building-line Condition

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school, subject to the building-line condition imposed by K. 40370, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 2 roods 33 perches, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 541, D.P. 19348, being part Tutaeparaike 1, 1A; 1, 1B; 2A; 2B and 2D 1. Part certificate of title, Volume 856, folio 80, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 11·7 perches, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2 on the plan marked P.W.D. 160845 (H.D.W. 31866) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue; being part Section 19, Takapu District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 190, folio 138, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of December 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also proclaim and declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Upper Harbour West Survey District, Borough of West Harbour, described as follows:

0 0 17·6 Lots 14 and 15, D.P. 136, Township of Rothesay and being part Section 38. All certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 114, Otago Land Registry.
0 0 35 Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, D.P. 136, Township of Rothesay and being part Section 38. All certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 73, Otago Land Registry.
