Land in the South Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY SECTIONS 21 and 22, Block V, Thames Survey District: Area, 233 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 23/87 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 40214.)

Land in the Canterbury Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY ALL that area in the Rangiora County, containing 24 acres, more or less, being Rural Section 900, situated in Block VI, Rangiora Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 384, folio 224 (limited as to parcels). As shown on plan No. 144/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Notice of Intention to Assign Place Names by the New Zealand Geographic Board
Pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946, notice is hereby given of the intention of the New Zealand Geographic Board to assign the names set out in the Schedule hereto.
Pursuant to section 13 of the said Act, any person objecting to any such proposed name may at any time within the period of three months from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette give to the Secretary of the Board, care of the Department of Lands and Survey, P.O. Box 8003, Government Buildings, Wellington, notice in writing of his objection, setting out the grounds of the objection.
If no objection is received by the Board within the aforesaid period of three months, the Board's decision as to any of the said proposed names will be final.

Township in Block II, Lyndon Survey District. Instead of Hanmer.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Maniototo
Locality, Survey District, etc., in Central Otago. Instead of Maniatoto.
