to be a Judge of the Courts Martial Appeal Court, to hold office for a term of three years from the 24th day of June 1960.

Member of Medical Research Council Appointed

PURSUANT to the Medical Research Council Act 1950, section 4 (1) (e), His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, has been pleased to appoint

John Arthur Keeling, M.B., CH.B.(N.Z.), F.R.A.C.P., M.R.C.P. (LOND.),
being a person nominated by the Board of Health under the Health Act 1956, to be a member of the Medical Research Council under the Medical Research Council Act 1950 for a term of four years from 27 May 1960.

Revoking Warrant Appointing Harbourmaster

Under the Harbours Act 1950

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the Warrant, dated at Wellington on the 25th day of October 1957, appointing Ivan Huia Penrose to be Harbourmaster in Roy’s Bay, Lake Wanaka, for the purpose of allotting mooring sites only.

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Auckland Appointed

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Auckland for a term of one year expiring on the 31st day of May 1961.
