CORRIGENDUM
IN a proclamation published in Gazette, 1959, at page 518, taking additional land for the purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway (Palmerston North Deviation), in the Schedule thereto, for “the area of 13·7 perches” read “1·37 perches.”

Portion of Public Reserve Set Apart for a Police Station in Block II, Akaroa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1960.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of public reserve containing 3 roods 37·4 perches, situated in Block II, Akaroa Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 2485; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 296 (S.O. 9616) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of June 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 39·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Lot 12, D.P. S. 2177, being part Section 26, Block II, Tauhara Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1427, folio 75, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of May 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1960.

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·2 Part closed street; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161515 (S.O. 12849) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1960.
