A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the stopped Government road
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the
development of water power (Waitaki Power Scheme); and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 13th day of June 1960.
