At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of May 1960

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the
Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a
meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members
of the Pare-Te-Kawa hapu of the Ngati Maniapoto tribe.

Declaring Land in the Kamo Town District to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government hereby gives the following
notice:
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 2 roods 8 4 perches, more
or less, being Allotment 73 and parts Allotments 52, 53, and
72, Town of Kamo, situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey
District, and being all the land in certificates of title, Volume
102, folio 5, and Volume 678, folio 85, Auckland Registry.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government this 17th day of May 1960.

Colonel Douglas McKelvie Jack, E.D., M.B., CH.B.,
RNZAMC, relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director
of Medical Services, HQ, N.Z. Division, and is transferred
to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Army
Medical Corps, in the rank of Colonel. Dated 11 April 1960.
