Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election
(Notice No. Ag. 6987)
Pursuant to clause 2 of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, Christchurch, Ashburton, and at Rangiora.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 18 May 1960.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 8th day of June 1960.

Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee Election

Pursuant to clause 11 of the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz, Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, Nelson, Tapawera, and Tadmor.
The roll will be available for public inspection, for a period of seven days from 18 May 1960.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices, or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Nelson. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 8th day of June 1960.

Pursuant to section 16 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, the New Zealand Refrigerating Co. Ltd., Islington, Employees’ Sick and Accident Benefit Society, with registered office at Islington, is registered as a friendly society under the Friendly Societies Act 1909.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys dated the 6th day of May 1960, derived from Tokerau Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Auckland, Christchurch, Gisborne, Rotorua, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Whangarei, and all sub-offices of the Department, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.

Pursuant to the Standards Act 1941 and regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce on 16 May 1960, amended the under-mentioned standard specification by the incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:
Number and Title of Specification: N.Z.S.S. 95: Model building bylaw—Part 10: 1959: Masonry construction.

Addition to Bylaws of Tongariro National Park
Pursuant to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution was passed by the Tongariro National Park Board resolving that a further bylaw numbered 2A, as set out in the Schedule hereto, be added to the bylaws already made for Tongariro National Park.
SCHEDULE
PASSENGER SERVICE PARKING AREAS
“2A. (a) No person being the driver or in charge of a passenger-service vehicle shall park that vehicle in any part of the park except in an area set aside for parking places for passenger-service vehicles and in a position and manner indicated by signs or as directed by a Park Ranger or other authorised person.
“(b) The driver or person in charge of a passenger-service vehicle shall, upon demand by a Park Ranger or other authorised person in attendance, pay a fee of 10s in cash for each passenger-service vehicle for each day or part of a day during which a vehicle is parked in the said area.”
The foregoing bylaw of the Tongariro National Park Board is approved by the National Parks Authority this 12th day of March 1960.
