A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for a
secondary school, and the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, are hereby
set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1960.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 34·91 perches, situated in
Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part
Secton 6, Grey District; coloured blue on plan P.W.D.

marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for
buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day
of May 1960.

Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City
