CORRIGENDUM

In the Order in Council made the 21st day of March 1960 and
published in Gazette, 31 March 1960, No. 22, page 410,
authorising the laying off of a street off Arney Road in the
City of Auckland, subject to a condition as to the building
line, for "on the plan marked P.W.D. 161206", read "on the
plan marked P.W.D. 161207".

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of May 1960.

Land Held for an Aerodrome Set Apart as Additional Land
for a Public Works Depot in Block VI, Turanganui Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, now held for an aerodrome, is hereby set apart as
additional land for a Public Works depot; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd
day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

Gisborne Land District

All that piece of additional land containing 1 acre 1 rood
20·2 perches, situated in Block VI, Turanganui Survey District,
Gisborne R.D., and being part Awapuni A 1A Block; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 133251 (S.O. 4572) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 10th day of May 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Health
(Mental Hygiene) Purposes in Block II, Belmont Survey
District, Subject to a Building-line Condition

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is

hereby set apart for health (mental hygiene) purposes, subject
to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42643, Wellington
Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1960.

SCHEDULE

Welington Land District

All those pieces of land containing 2 roods 9·62 perches,
situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being Lots 33, 34, and 37, D.P. 20846, being part
Section 21, Takapu District. Part certificate of title, Volume
830, folio 2, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 11th day of March 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 1·9 perches, situated
in Block III, Otanake Survey District, Borough of Te Kuiti,
being Lot 1, D.P. S. 6252, being part Pukenui 2D No. 6 Block.
Part certificate of title, Volume 1451, folio 49, Auckland Land
Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 10th day of May 1960.
