Bay of Islands Acclimatisation District
(1) All those areas comprising the Town Districts of
Kawakawa, Kohukohu, Rawene, Russell, and the Borough
of Kaikohe.
(2) The Kawakawa Town Board Waterworks Reserve
containing 632 acres 3 roods 37·6 perches, being Lots 133,
134, 135, 212–20, Kawakawa Parish, Blocks XI and XII,
Kawakawa Survey District.
(3) All that area, being Lots 168, 169, and 170, Parish
of Kawakawa, containing 447 acres, the property of N. S.
Mason, Moerewa.
(4) All those areas situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey
District, comprising part Section 140, Block XV, Kawakawa
Survey District, containing 167 acres 1 rood 24 perches; part
Waipuna Block, containing 373 acres 2 roods 17 perches;
Taumataumaukuku No. 1, 196 acres 2 roods 30 perches;
Section 45, Kawakawa Parish, 40 acres; Sections 47, 48, 49,
and 50, Kawakawa Parish, 160 acres; Lot part 1, 2, 3, on
D.P. 12753 of Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District, and
part Waipuna Block, containing 499 acres 3 roods 9 perches,
the property of the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Co. Ltd.
(5) The properties of Messrs Scott and Martindale, Wellington,
as follows:
(a) Waireia Blocks A and D, Block II, Hokianga Survey
District, containing 4,332 acres 3 roods 33 perches,
and including the tidal estuaries associated with same.
(b) Lower Waihou Block A, Section 3, Block II, Hokianga
Survey District, containing 37 acres 1 rood 3 perches.
(c) Ngatuaka Block, Section 1, Karemu, Block II, Hokianga
Survey District, containing 249 acres 1 rood.
(6) The property of Mr C. H. Porritt, of Tutekehua, as
under: Sections 71 and 73, Te Karae, Block 2, Mangamuka
Survey District, containing 756 acres, being the whole of the
land in certificates of title, Volume 388, folio 241, and Volume
388, folio 242.
(7) The property of George Cooper, Awaroa Bridge, being
Section 8, Block 10, Whangape Survey District, comprising
230 acres.
(8) Freese's Farm, Whirinaki, being Whirinaki 3B, 12, 13,
and 14 (Block I, Waoku Survey District), and Whirinaki 4F
(Block V, Waoku Survey District), containing 1,280 acres.
(9) All that area in Block II, Mangamuka Survey District,
being that part of the bed of the Mangamuka River covered
by tidal waters and extending southward from a line running
due east across the aforesaid river from the mouth of the
Mangataipa Stream to another line across the Mangamuka
River aforesaid between the southern corner of Section 6 and
the south-eastern corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block II,
Mangamuka Survey District.
Gisborne - East Coast Acclimatisation District
(1) All that area comprising parts 3, 4, and 6 of the
Maraetaha No. 2, Nuhaka Survey District, containing 2,561
acres, being Gisborne Borough Council’s Waterworks Reserve.
Also all that area comprising part Nuhaka North Survey
District, Section 1, Block VI, 566 acres 2 roods 5 perches.
Block VII, Nuhaka North Survey District, Puninga 3B 1,
Section 3R, Block VII, Nuhaka North Survey District, part
Puninga 3A, 2, 3D, 2, parts Maraetaha 2c and part of Mara-
taha No. 2, Section 3; 515 acres and 27·3 perches.
(2) All that area comprising Hauomatuku Block 4c 63AB
and Mungaone Block 113 and C 1 and 1D, being the property
of William Morris.
(3) The property of J. T. A. Orr estate as under:
(a) Hauomatuku No. 7 Block, containing 506 acres 3 roods
23·9 perches, being the whole of the land comprised
in certificate of title, Volume 82, folio 153, Gisborne
Registry.
(b) The Mangaoe No. 2D 3 Block, situated in the County
of Waikohu, containing 463 acres, more or less, and
being the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 45, folio 200, Gisborne Registry.
(c) The Mangaoe 2B Block, delineated on the public map
of Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, contain-
ing 129 acres 1 rood, and being the land comprised
in certificate of title, Volume 43, folio 99, Gisborne
Registry.
(d) The Mangaoe 2c Block, delineated on the public map
of Waingaromia Survey District, containing 144 acres
3 roods 11 perches, and being the land comprised in

(e) The Papakorokoro No. 10 Block, delineated on the
public map of Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey
District, containing 256 acres, more or less, and being

(f) The Papakorokoro 9A Block, delineated on the public
map of Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District,
containing 18 acres 3 roods 9 perches, and being the
