Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954: Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Nelson Law Practitioners’ Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1552, situated at Nelson, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in County of Manawatu

(Notice No. Ag. 6971)

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Manawatu County Council on the 8th day of March 1960.

SPECIAL ORDER

“THAT the Manawatu County Council resolves by way of special order that the plant Cape Tulip (Homeria collina) be declared a noxious weed in the County of Manawatu, as from 1 April 1960.”

Classification of Roads in Manukau County

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (11) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrant, dated the 31st day of October 1950†, as relates to the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Manukau County Council’s proposed variation in the classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.
