A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 7 acres 1 rood 13 perches, situated in Block I, Moutere Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining Sections 270 and 600, Township of Foxton, and Sections 5 and 7, Block I, Moutere Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161481 (S.O. 24546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1960.
