NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the
Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1944.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Metropolitan
Drainage Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts, to take the land described in the Schedule
annexed hereto for drainage purposes; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the said land so required to be
taken is deposited in the public office of the Auckland Metro-
politan Drainage Board at 28 Quay Street, Auckland, and is
open to inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who
have any well grounded objection to the taking of the said
land must state their objection in writing and send the same,
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the
Secretary of the Board at the Board's office.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the Borough of Manurewa,
containing thirty-two (32) perches, more or less, being Lot 34
on Deposited Plan No. 47563 and contained in certificate of
title, Volume 1697, folio 54, of the Auckland Deeds Registry,
being land in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District.

TAKAPUNA BOROUGH COUNCIL

DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME
PUBLIC notice is given that, at a meeting held on the 31st
day of March 1960, the Takapuna Borough Council resolved
that the district scheme, as recommended by resolution on
the 2nd day of September 1958 and amended by further
resolutions passed on the 15th day of September 1959 and the
8th of March 1960, be withdrawn as the proposed district
scheme for the borough.
The Council further resolved that the recommended district
scheme as amended, and comprising the district planning
map, district planning map amendment No. 1, code of
ordinances, and scheme statement, and now withdrawn as
the recommended scheme be adopted as the undisclosed
district scheme for the Borough of Takapuna as from the
31st day of March 1960.
