A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General
of New Zealand hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto and used as a roadway to be road.

IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953,
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

1. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   excluded from the County of Waimea and included in the
   City of Nelson.
2. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
   the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been
   effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
   SCHEDULE
   AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF WAIMEA AND INCLUDED IN
   CITY OF NELSON
   ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County,
   containing 164 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 1132, City of
   Nelson, being a point on the boundary of the City of Nelson
   as described in Gazette, 1958, pages 1688 and 1689, and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to the westernmost
   corner of Lot 3, D.P. 3202, being a point on the boundary
   of the said City of Nelson; thence south-westerly, westerly,
   north-westerly, and north-easterly along that boundary to the
   point of commencement.
