I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 25th day of April 1960.

Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the
Fire Services Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a fire station and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Thames, being urban fire
authority for the Whangamata Secondary Urban Fire District,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th
day of April 1960.
