Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block II, Tangihua Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161462 (S.O. 41963) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Timaru
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 4·6 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 10, D.P. 2239, and being part Rural Section 707. All the land in Proclamation No. 401361, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of April 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 36 and 50, D.P. S. 6291, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 173531, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of April 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Patetere South Survey District, described as follows:
