Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 17th day of November 1959, subject as to Lots 29, 30, 50, 51, and 59, D.P. 47219, to the building-line restriction contained in. Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Blocks III, VII, and VIII, Uawa Survey District, Being Land Required for the Improvements to the Tolaga Bay-Mangatuna Section of the Gisborne - Te Araroa State Highway

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post office at Tolaga Bay and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
