Horowhenua County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th
day of April 1960.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 0 6·37 Part Ngarara West A 78 E 10; coloured orange
on plan.
0 0 21·99 Part Ngarara West A 78; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161432 (S.O. 24472) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of April 1960.

at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Parish of Takapuna; as the same is more particularly delineated

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.

District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through

rangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.
