Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of closed street containing 9·4 perches, situated
in the City of Dunedin, and adjoining parts of Section 1343R
and part Lot 22, Block IV, D.P. 1793, being part Section 2,
Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 160554 (S.O. 12752) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of April 1960.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8·3 perches, situated in
Block XII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei,
Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 18, D.P. 13841, being part
Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161259 (S.O.
41595) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street
widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Citi-
zens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 11th day of April 1960.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 23·36 perches, situated in
the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 34,
Karori District; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 161394 (S.O. 24412) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section
1199, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3·7 perches, situated
in Block VI, Bealey Survey District, Canterbury R.D. and
being the land lastly described in Notice No. 514391, Canter-
bury Land Registry; as the same is more particularly deline-
ted on the plan marked P.W.D. 161360 (S.O. 9313) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured orange.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29.
