- That, on the 29th day of December 1959, it came to the notice of the Secretary to the Treasury that the estate or interest of the above-named H. C. Curlett Construction Co. Ltd., as mortgagee under and by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. 212435 (Auckland Registry), whereof Reginald Thomas Shaw, of Paeroa, manager, is the mortgagor, had vested in the Crown pursuant to section 337 of the above-mentioned Act.
- That on the date aforesaid application was received by the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown’s title to the said estate or interest to be disclaimed.
- That no such application as aforesaid was received by the Secretary to the Treasury with respect to the said estate or interest before the date aforesaid.
- That the Crown’s title to the said estate or interest is hereby disclaimed.
