A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 34 perches, situated in the Borough of Queenstown, Otago R.D., being part Section 19, Block XX, Shotover Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161279 (S.O. 12156) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of March 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 129 acres 2 roods, situated in Blocks II, VI, and VII, Waiho Survey District, Westland R.D., adjoining Rural Sections 2796, 2980, 2979, 2978, 2401, 2223, 3895, and part Rural Section 2403 and part Old Waiho River Bed; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161258 (S.O. 4860) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
