Limited Speed Zone Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Tuapeka County at Miller's Flat—
The Roxburgh-Miller's Flat Main Highway (from a point 8 chains south-east of its junction with the Miller's Flat Railway Station Main Highway to the northern end of the bridge over the Oven Hill Creek), being a distance of approximately 48 chains.

Classification of State Highways
Pursuant to regulation 3(6) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 29th day of June 1950† as relates to the State highways described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the said State highways shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE
STATE HIGHWAYS CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
The Levin-Paekakariki State Highway No. 13 (excluding those portions of the said State highway within Levin and Otaki Boroughs).
The Masterton-Wellington State Highway No. 32 (from Masterton to Upper Hutt - excluding those portions of the said State highway within the Boroughs of Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston, and Upper Hutt).
The Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial State Highway No. 34 (that portion of the said State highway from Porirua to Paekakariki).
The Haywards-Paremata via Pauatahanui State Highway No. 95.
The Levin-Palmerston North via Shannon State Highway No. 96 (excluding those portions of the said State highway within the Boroughs of Levin and Shannon).
