Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being Lots 22 and 23, D.P. S. 5020, being part Allotment 171, Parish of Kirikiriroa. All certificate of title, Volume 1428, folio 52, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of March 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 171361, Wellington Land Registry, for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1960.
